You can use the half-moon-shaped tofu after you drain it or use it right away. It's just a difference in working time. Place tofu on top of pan and mash with fork without wrapping anything around it.

And stir-fry tofu over medium-low heat, blow away the moisture, make it fluffy like a grain of rice, and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil.

After completing the green onion oil, beat 2 eggs and place in a pan to make scrambled eggs.

Add the fried tofu and mix them together before the eggs are fully cooked.

Add 0.5T of oyster sauce, please. Don't put too much from the beginning, but add little by little and season it. I put a total of 0.5T and it was perfect.
STEP 7/7
If you're seasoned with oyster sauce, put it on a plate and enjoy it. If the taste is too bland, I recommend you to sprinkle sriracha sauce.
