Miso Soybean Paste Grilled Rice Ball (Yaki Onigiri)
Not long ago, I used the word Japanese while making my daughter a grilled miso bean paste rice ball, and when I want to eat this rice ball, I always use the word Japanese. ^^ There is no recipe, but I record it because I think the children will like it.

Cooking Steps

1 spoon of miso bean paste,
STEP 2/6
1 big spoon of Mirim,
STEP 3/6
Mix sugar 1 small spoon well and make the sauce in advance.
STEP 4/6
Bake rice balls up and down in a butter or oiled pan.
STEP 5/6
Season and bake until golden brown.
STEP 6/6
If you season the other side and bake it until it's golden brown, it's done.
Adjust the seasoning according to the amount of rice balls and grill them.
