  • Flower salt
    2/3T
  • glutinous rice flour

  • Water

Cooking Steps

Microwave the sweet pumpkin for about 5 minutes for easy trimming.
STEP 2/9
Remove seeds with a spoon by cutting several pieces.

Cut it into smaller pieces and remove all the skin.

Put the trimmed sweet pumpkin in a blender, add 300ml of water, and grind it finely.
