Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare three large mushrooms, cut them into more than 2cm, and cut only one side. (See video)
STEP 2/4
Add all of the seasoning ingredients above, then add the pine mushrooms after squeezing until the seasoning is halved.
STEP 3/4
Reduce the heat to low and cook until the seasoning is almost gone, turning over continuously.
STEP 4/4
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete.
I added some young leaves and parsley powder This is optional.
