  • apple

  • Bacon
    2ea
  • cashew nut

  • thick soy sauce
    2T
  • Vinegar
    2T
  • Sugar
    2T
  • Water
    4T
  • olive oil
    4T
  • Parmesan cheese
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water
STEP 2/5
Add to volume and stir until sugar dissolves
STEP 3/5
Wash the sprouts in running water, remove the water, and put them in a bowl
STEP 4/5
After baking bacon, cut it into 3mm thick slices and shred apples and onions, and put them together in a bowl. Finally, add the extra Virgin oil.
STEP 5/5
Add soy dressing and gently mix with chopsticks. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving
You can add more vegetables or Britta cheese.
