STEP 1/11
Chop up the cabbage.
It's about a quarter of cabbage, but it's about 400g.

Put minced cabbage in water and wash it gently
Drain on a strainer tray.

Prepare tuna without oil,

Please chop up the carrots and green onions and prepare them.

Beat in 3 eggs, season with a little salt, and scramble.

Remove scrambled eggs, stir-fry green onions and carrots.

When the green onion smells, add chopped cabbage and stir-fry.

Add 0.7T of tuna and 0.7T of oyster sauce and stir-fry until well mixed.

I put in about a bowl of rice. It's brown rice and barley mixed rice.
If you add rice, it becomes fried rice with 1/3 of the rice^^

When the rice is mixed, add tuna and scrambled eggs and mix.
I added 3T of canned corn.

If all the ingredients are stir-fried, cabbage fried rice with less rice is done
Dieting is the goal, but don't cut down on your meals too much. It's good to eat because it tastes like fried rice when you put a certain amount of it in.
