Wash burdock under running water and peel off the outer skin of burdock with a filler.

Make vinegar water by adding 1T of vinegar to 1L of water.

Cut the trimmed burdock into quarters and soak it in vinegar water.

Cut burdock into long shreds.

Immediately put the chopped burdock into the vinegar water and let it soak for about 30 minutes.

Put plenty of water in the oven pan
Add 1T of vinegar and 0.5T of salt
Blanch burdock in boiling water.

After rinsing the burdock in cold water
Drain on a sieve.

Put 2T of cooking oil in an open pan

Add 7T of thick soy sauce

Add 2T of cooking wine.

Add 2T of sugar.

With burdock tea and seasoning
First, stir-fry it slightly.

Add 200ml of water
Boil burdock over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

Boil it down until the water is almost gone.

Add 1T of sesame oil.

Put in the sesame seeds.

Scrub well and complete braised burdock.
Chop burdock and soak in vinegar water for about 30 minutes.
(Remove browning / remove arin flavor)
Blanch burdock in boiling water.
(Crispy burdock for 5 minutes / ripe burdock for 10 minutes)
