Beat in 3 eggs, 2 pinch of salt, and the yolk

Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the cheese

Add 10g of mozzarella cheese on top

Serve with ketchup 2T, parsley or dried chives. If you add green, the dish looks complete
Dried chive has no strong scent of spices and has a savory taste, so it's good to sprinkle with garnish for completeness without damaging the taste of the food
