Bulgogi burger (simple homemade burger)
This is my second use of bulgogi side dishes and leftovers It's good for lunch and it's easy to make, and it's a healthy burger that I make

Ingredients
  • Beef bulgogi
    150g
  • Slice cheese
    1piece
  • Mayonnaise
    2T
  • Romaine
    2piece
  • onion
    little
  • Butter
    2T
  • Hamburger bread
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash romaine clean, cut stems and cut onions into 1cm thick pieces
STEP 2/9
Melt 2T butter in a pan
STEP 3/9
When the butter melts, put the hamburger buns on top and bake them warm
STEP 4/9
Remove hamburger buns and add onions and bake until butter seeps in
STEP 5/9
Squeeze 150g of bulgogi into a hamburger size and grill it on a pan

Spread 2T of mayonnaise on each side of the hamburger bun
STEP 7/9
Place a slice of romaine on top, followed by cheese and onion
STEP 8/9
Place grilled bulgogi patties on top
STEP 9/9
I'm going to put on the other one and put on the bun
