STEP 1/18
I used a trimmed mussel
I washed it 3-4 times under running water

If you have mussel beard like in the picture
Pull it off with the mussel joint,
If there are foreign substances on the skin
Rub the shells together and wipe it off
Drain the mussels that have been washed cleanly through a sieve

Celery has tough skin
Remove the skin with a potato peeler

Cut the peeled celery into small pieces

Mash the garlic slightly to the side of the knife

Chop up the olives

Cut cherry tomatoes in half

Add 5T of olive oil
Stir-fry crushed garlic over medium heat

When the garlic turns yellowish
Add chopped celery and stir-fry

Add chopped olives and stir-fry them

Add the cut cherry tomatoes and stir-fry

The garlic is cooked yellow
Stir-fry until cherry tomatoes are mushy

When the vegetables are cooked, add the mussels
Please change the heat to medium brown
And to mix the vegetables and mussels well
Mix it well

I'm just going to season it with pepper
I like pepper, so I put a lot of pepper
I poured it in about six times

Stir-fry shreds and mussels
When the mussel opens its mouth half-open
Add 250ml of white wine
STEP 16/18
Close the lid and simmer a little to remove the scent
I boiled it for 3-4 minutes

When it boils and the mussels are all open
Stir up and down and turn off the heat
STEP 18/18
Place in a large bowl and sprinkle over 1.5T parsley
If you boil mussels for too long, they shrink
Please turn off the light when the mussel mouth opens :)
