STEP 1/7
Prepare noodle tofu by rinsing it once in running water.

Add a little oil and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add half an onion.

Add a little bit of ham and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well.

Add noodles tofu and 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

Stir-fry until seasoning is mixed well.
STEP 6/7
Place stir-fried noodles and tofu in a bowl.
STEP 7/7
Put sesame seeds and parsley bonito on the completed stir-fried udon (tofu noodles) to taste.
Udon noodles are also delicious, but I often make stir-fried tofu noodles when I feel burdened with flour.
