STEP 1/16
Cut spinach into small pieces and blanch it slightly in boiling water. After that, it is dried once in cold water.

Drain the spinach and mix with the seasoning.
Seasoning ratio: 1T of soy sauce, 1T of perilla oil, a little bit of sesame

Next, I'll make radish greens!
Chop the radish as thinly as possible and prepare it

Grease a heated frying pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry until radishes are transparent.

Reduce heat to maximum and mix with perilla powder, salt and pepper.

Next is egg roll!
Make egg mixture with 2 eggs and prepare it

After pouring cooking oil on a frying pan, turn the heat to low and pour some egg water. I poured it twice in total!

Shape the rolled omelet by pressing the front and back sides.

Pour enough oil into the frying pan and fry 2 rice cakes.
I wanted to eat a lot, so I grilled several more :)

Lastly, I will make the main dish, kimchi fried rice!
Grease a frying pan and stir-fry 1T of garlic.

In the meantime, prepare onions and kimchi
Chop the onion and kimchi into small pieces so that the texture is alive.

When garlic is golden brown, stir-fry onion and kimchi.

Prepare a bowl of rice and stir-fry it together.

Stir-fry a little bit of red pepper powder, 0.5T of soy sauce, and 0.5T of oyster sauce to add color.

Turn off the heat and add 0.5T of sesame oil with residual heat and mix it evenly!
