STEP 1/9
First, take out the frozen pork belly and defrost it.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and prepare them.
STEP 2/9
Remove the bottom of the enoki mushroom and cut the chives into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/9
Spread defrosted pork belly and roll up enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, and chives.
STEP 4/9
You may be worried that the rolled meat will unravel, but if you leave the joint down, it will never unravel.
STEP 5/9
Boil water and rice wine in a steamer.
When it starts to boil, spread the bean sprouts.
STEP 6/9
Please put the sliced pork belly roll around.
(However, make sure that the joint of the sliced pork belly is facing down!)
Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.
STEP 7/9
I made soy sauce while the steamed pork belly was done.
Add 0.5T of soy sauce, 1t of vinegar, 1t of oligosaccharide, 0.5t of red pepper powder, 0.5t of minced garlic, and a little sesame and mix.
You can add wasabi or mustard sauce to your taste.
STEP 8/9
If you open the lid after about 10 minutes, you can see that it's cooked well.
STEP 9/9
And so, it's super simple! Steamed bean sprouts with pork belly!!
