STEP 1/10
I gathered all the ingredients at once
Blue crabs and shrimp are left over from the stew last time, so it's frozen
If you take it out in advance, it's easy to clean
STEP 2/10
*Making anchovy broth
Boil anchovies and kelp in cold water for 15 minutes
Start over high heat, bring to a boil over medium heat, turn off the heat, and simmer until the rest of the ingredients are ready
STEP 3/10
*Cleaning a blue crab
1. Wipe off the entire crab with a solo brush
Brush the joints between the body and the legs
Rub the shrimp with a brush
There are places that poke crabs and shrimp, so I touch them gently
STEP 4/10
2. Turn it upside down and use tongs to remove the part called belly shell
Put scissors in the area where you took off the shell and hold it with your hand to spread it out
Your stomach and back will open
STEP 5/10
3. Remove the black sandbag pointed to by the index finger while washing it with water
It's a picture of me taking off both sides of the sandbag
STEP 6/10
4. The thumb point is the gills on the back cover
I also remove this part, but I don't know which one is the gills
It's close to my eyes
You can grab the black spots and take off the ones that come out
Wash it in water
I'm done with the crab
STEP 7/10
Cut the crab's body with scissors
Cut the vegetables into 1cm thick pieces
STEP 8/10
*Cooking
Put a spoonful of soybean paste into the broth from anchovies and kelp, and when the soup boils, add the prepared crab and shrimp
The color turns red quickly
Remove the foam and simmer for about 10 minutes
It smells like soybean paste soup and crab stew
Let's stop here and put vegetables on the table
STEP 9/10
After finishing it, I took a picture of a bowl, so there's not much inside
Add vegetables and minced garlic and season
It's not too bland because it has soybean paste, so I'm going to season it and add a little bit of fish sauce
Since I eat a lot of soup in stew, I make it slightly bland
STEP 10/10
The soybean paste gets rid of the smell
Blue crab, shrimp, onion, pumpkin, etc. combine to make it sweet
It's a stew that gets delicious by itself
