STEP 1/10
Wash the bean sprouts in clean water and drain.
I like bean sprouts, so I put in a lot, but even if it looks like a lot at first, if you stir-fry it, it will kill your breath quickly and reduce the volume, so it's okay to put in plenty.
STEP 2/10
Please prepare 300g of sliced pork belly.
STEP 3/10
First, stir-fry the pork belly on the pan.
STEP 4/10
When the sliced pork belly is almost cooked, add 1.5T of oyster sauce.
The oyster sauce is surprisingly salty, so it's less likely to fail if you add 1T and season it later instead of adding a lot at once.
STEP 5/10
And add 1.5T regardless of taste soy sauce, dark soy sauce, or brewed soy sauce.
STEP 6/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide or sugar.
STEP 7/10
And stir-fry the sliced pork belly so that the seasoning is cut well.
STEP 8/10
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry them together. Just stir-fry until the bean sprouts are out of breath.
STEP 9/10
When the bean sprouts are out of breath, sprinkle sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
STEP 10/10
This is the stir-fried pork belly with green onion, which is good as a side dish and a side dish for drinking. Enjoy your meal.
