Make tteokbokki sauce (3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoons of sugar) to enhance the taste of egg tteokbokki and mix 150g of soft tteokbokki rice cake.

Add a tablespoon of butter.

Add half an onion and a little green onion and stir-fry the onion until it is pickled in butter.

Mix the marinated rice cake on top of the onion.

Sprinkle 2 beaten eggs evenly on top.

The egg becomes dry as it goes in, but if you stir-fry the egg until it is fully cooked, it becomes soft.

Place one cheddar cheese (to your liking) on top of the hot tteokbokki and sprinkle a little bit of sesame.
The combination of eggs and rice cakes and the taste of seasoning are combined. The savory taste of eggs is added to the unsalty soy sauce tteokbokki.
