Cooking Steps

STEP 2/7
Strain the cooked noodles through a strainer and wash them tightly with cold water to remove starch.
Drain and place in a bowl!
STEP 3/7
Apply 4T of perilla oil first.
STEP 4/7
Add 1T of tsuyu and 1T of brewed soy sauce.
STEP 5/7
Break 1 bag of Dried Laver and sprinkle it evenly.
(You can replace seaweed flakes!)
STEP 6/7
Grind sesame seeds and sprinkle 3T evenly.
STEP 7/7
It's done! You can mix it well and eat it.
* You can shred the chives, but I skipped it to enjoy the savory taste of perilla oil makguksu
You can add only 2T of brewed soy sauce, but I recommend you add 1T of brewed soy sauce and 1T of tsuyu for the flavor
