Break 5 to 6 eggs in a large bowl

Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushroom and chop it into small pieces

Carrots and onions are crunchy and enoki mushrooms give you a chewy texture and fullness
It's also a side dish that kids don't eat vegetables or mushrooms
