Steamed pollack roe, a very simple rice thief
Chommi, my favorite influencer, recently introduced how to make salted pollack roe, and when I made it, it was really a rice thief! It's so good that I'm going to introduce it! If you make it once, you can make it 5 to 10 times. It's great, right?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut 180g of salted pollack roe into small pieces in a bowl.
STEP 2/5
Put 1T of minced garlic in a bowl,
Chop and add 1T of chopped green onion and 1 Cheongyang chili pepper.
I used a hand blender to grind!
STEP 3/5
Mix 10T of sesame oil, 1T of red pepper powder, and sesame seeds.
STEP 4/5
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes in a steamer.
Open the steamer in the middle and mix it once.
If you're going to microwave it, make sure to wrap it up and cook it for about 4 minutes. (Take it out in the middle and mix it!)
STEP 5/5
It's done!
Put it on the rice and mix it, and put the rest in the refrigerator and store it!
1. Rather than microwave it, steam it gently in a steamer for a moist texture. 2. You can eat it 5 to 10 times depending on the amount of rice you put in (170g). Please keep it refrigerated!
