When Yangji soup street turns gray, add 2 cubes of ginger

If you add ginger, the meat becomes soft quickly.
Boil the chicken until it's tender
Add garlic, fish sauce, and soy sauce for soup and boil it.
You have to put soy sauce in and boil it first to remove the soy sauce.
Once it boils, add radish, boil it, and season it with salt.
Beat in eggs, beat in string, and add green onions and pepper.
If you don't like eggs, you don't have to add them
You can add red pepper powder and make it spicy.
The meat is savory and the soup is cool. plain beef radish soup
