Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in broth. We're going to use the soaked water itself.

If shiitake mushrooms have been soaked to a certain extent, add frozen seafood, frozen shrimp, and frozen clams.

Add minced garlic, onion, minced red pepper, and green onion.

Add the soft tofu stew seasoning. Soft tofu stew seasoning includes chili oil, so you don't have to add chili oil.

Put in soft tofu!!! If you use scissors to cut the middle of the tofu pack, you don't have to cut it by yourself

Pour the broth and boil it. When it boils up over high heat, remove the bubbles that come up, add pepper, and simmer gently over medium heat. <UNT_PHL> That way, you can taste the rich and cool soup from seafood.

When it's half boiled over medium heat, turn off the heat and put it in an earthen pot. It's fun to boil soft tofu stew in an earthen pot.

When it boils up, pop an egg and gently put it on top. And boil it over high heat.

The heat conduction of the earthen pot is high for a long time, so you can turn off the heat after boiling. It's because it's already finished seafood soft tofu stew.
If you put the eggs on the table when they are not fully cooked, the earthen pot will eat them on its own and the eggs will be cooked. Seafood soft tofu stew with plenty of seafood is done.
