Add vinegar to the lemon and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

Add baking soda and wash thoroughly with a toothbrush.

The bitter taste of lemon comes from the lemon seeds and both ends, and if you remove this part and put lemon syrup in it, the bitter taste is significantly reduced.Still, sometimes it tastes bitter, but in that case, peeling off all the skin and putting lemon juice in it is one way.
If you make it in hot summer, you should put it in the refrigerator right away, but these days when the weather is cool, you can leave it at room temperature for about a day and then put it in the refrigerator.
