STEP 1/10
Heat 100g of milk and 50g of sugar in a rice cooker for 9 minutes to make milk tea
*It's good to buy dezawa or coffee milk instead of making black tea
STEP 2/10
After reheating, add 15g of black tea and 350g of milk, stir well, and leave it in a warm state to make it taste good
STEP 3/10
Meanwhile, put 50g of tapioca starch, 3g of cocoa powder, and 15g of sugar in a bowl
* Cocoa powder was added for black color, so you can skip it
STEP 4/10
Stir in 33g of freshly boiled hot water in a pot, little by little. Stir well with a spoon.
STEP 5/10
When it cools, knead it with your hands.
STEP 6/10
Remove the dough and make it into small grains
STEP 7/10
In the meantime, filter the tea leaves from the well-boiled milk tea after about 20 minutes. Cool it down like this
*You can make the filtered tea with milk tea one more time
STEP 8/10
Wash the rice cooker and reheat the tapioca pearl dough in 150g of hot water that is boiled enough to cover the pearls
STEP 9/10
After reheating, discard the starch water from which the pearls have been boiled, pour cold water into the boiled pearls to make them chewy, and cool them off.
STEP 10/10
Place pearls and ice in glass and fill with milk tea extract. Completion.
You can keep the remaining pearls in the freezer and reheat them
