Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut 40g onions, 100g potatoes, and 3 mushrooms into small pieces and put them in a rice cooker
*You can use one shiitake mushroom instead of three mushrooms
STEP 2/7
Add 1t of Laoganma Fengwei Dotsu sauce, 1 golden curry solid, 2 sausages, and add. Chicken and pork sausage are all good. Garlic-flavored sausage goes well with it
STEP 3/7
Pour 200g of hot water just boiled in a pot, stir, crush the solid curry, and heat it for 9 minutes
STEP 4/7
Add 1t of sesame oil and 1t of sugar, stir, and mix well the rest of the solid curry. Sprinkle pepper and reheat for 9 minutes
*Sesame oil and sugar are essential. It neutralizes the salty taste

Put the rice next to it and finish. Enjoy your meal. It looks better if you sprinkle chives, dried green onions, and parsley on top of the rice. I finished the curry with sesame seeds
