Frying Enoki Mushroom | How to Fry Crispy in a Flower Shape

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 1 cup of frying powder and 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 egg and mix well. I pour the bread crumbs separately.

Cut the peppers for enoki mushrooms with scissors and scoop out the insides with scissors.
Put enoki mushrooms firmly in the peppers so that they are not loose.
If you don't have chili peppers, you can just fry them or roll them with seaweed.
