The beginning of the cooking process is preparing ingredients.
Prepare sliced green onions and sliced garlic.
Defrost the white-legged shrimp and cut the hair.
I kept my hair separately to grill it.
Peel the skin well

Arrange the shrimp side by side on the griddle. Place 10g of butter in the middle. Place pork belly in layers on the rest.

It takes a lot longer for pork belly to cook, so set the time to cook. Kimchi can burn if it sticks to the pan, so keep it on top of the vegetables as much as possible.

When the pork belly is cooked, cut it and fry it together.

That's why it's better to make it with shrimp. The charcoal is good, so it can be affected by firepower. If you cook the shrimp and kimchi carefully over high heat, you can eat it deliciously.
