  • Cheddar cheese

  • mozzarella cheese

  • Butter
    1T
  • Honey
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please prepare 2 slices of bread or favorite bread.
I used Paris Baguette chewy native yeast bread.
STEP 2/7
Add 1T of butter and spread well on pan
STEP 3/7
Bake the bread in a melted butter pan.
STEP 4/7
Place mozzarella and cheddar cheese on one side of bread.
*I put 1 cheddar cheese and 2 spoons of mozzarella
STEP 5/7
Cover the other side of the bread and spread honey on top.
STEP 6/7
Turn over and apply honey to the other side, lower the heat until the cheese melts and bake over low heat
STEP 7/7
