Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
We prepare the ingredients by cutting them.
Garlic can be ground and prepared, but I sliced it for convenience.

Stir-fry garlic to make it smell.
STEP 4/14
Add onions and stir-fry until flavored.
STEP 5/14
I'll put pepper on it's.
STEP 6/14
Add beef for bulgogi and stir-fry.
STEP 7/14
It tastes like chicken stock.
STEP 8/14
Add bay leaf and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 9/14
Add oyster sauce to taste.
STEP 10/14
Season it with soy sauce.
STEP 11/14
Add the carrots and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 12/14
Pour in water and boil the carrots until they are cooked.
STEP 13/14
Finish by pouring starch water.

Potatoes are boiled and served.
Potatoes are served separately to relieve the salty flavor of Kalops, so I recommend not to mix them together and cook them!!
