STEP 1/10
Break 1 banana black sesame egg into a blender and grind until the banana and black sesame are finely ground.

Microwave the coconut oil for about 30 seconds and melt it.

In a wide bowl, mix the ground content and melted coconut oil in a blender.

Add black rice powder, oatmeal powder, powdered milk, and baking powder and mix well.

Fill 80% to 90% of the completed dough in a steamer or oven-friendly mold.

You can cut the banana and put it on top or sprinkle a little bit of black sesame as a topping. :)

When baking in the oven, bake in a preheated 175 degree for 20 minutes.

If you steam it in a steamer, put it in the steamer, close the lid, and steam it for about 20 minutes :)

Remove the finished bread from the mold and cool it on a cooling net.
It's really good if you eat it right after it's freshly baked :)

Steamed in the steamer is a little more moist, but both oven-baked and steamed are moist, soft, and delicious.
* Alternative ingredients
Coconut oil -> brown rice oil, avocado oil, etc. other vegetable oils or salt-free butter
Black rice powder -> Rice powder, soft flour, whole wheat powder, etc
Oatmeal flour -> almond flour
* Coconut oil or powdered milk baking powder can be omitted, but if omitted, the texture and taste can be less.
* Bananas should be ripe and made into dots to prevent baby constipation, and it's sweeter, so it's delicious. :)
