To get rid of the eggs in a hurry I've made a drug egg field. You don't have to boil it down like boiled egg It's made delicious enough!! It's so simple. From now on, when I make egg sauce I should use this method often.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Leave 10-12 eggs at room temperature for about an hour.
If the egg is too cold, it will burst when boiling.
STEP 2/10
1 spoon of salt in an egg,
Add 1 spoonful of vinegar and boil.
STEP 3/10
When the lid was closed and it started to boil
Soft-boiled for 7 minutes and 30 seconds and hard-boiled for more than 10 minutes.
If you want to eat it moist, I recommend half-cooked.

While it's boiling, stir it in a circle
When cooked, the yolk goes to the center. Stir from the beginning.

When the egg is cooked, cool the egg with cold water.
You have to cool it down to peel the egg well.
I was stressed out every time I opened an egg,
I guess it didn't get peeled because it didn't cool enough.

Prepare the egg sauce while the egg cools.
Chop the onions and cheongyang peppers into small pieces.
If you have green onions
You can put a lot of green onions in here.
I only had frozen scallions, so I felt pass.

It's good to add red pepper for the color,
I don't have red pepper
I replaced peperoncino with one spoon.

Soy sauce, water, and oligosaccharide 1:1:1
Add in proportion and mix well.

Peel the egg
Pour in the sauce and you're done with the drug egg!

Pour in enough eggs to cover.
Leave it at room temperature for 6 hours and for about a day
You can keep it refrigerated and eat it.
