easy-to-make mushroom bulgogi
Korean beef bulgogi came in as a holiday gift, so I made a simple mushroom bulgogi!

Beef bulgogi
500g
enoki mushroom
1ea
Carrot
1/2ea
onion
1/2ea
Soy sauce
45ml
a green house
25ml
crushed garlic
1t
Sugar
1.5spoon
Cooking Steps

Add 30ml of soy sauce + 15ml of plum + 1t of minced garlic + 1.5sp of sugar
Please make the sauce

Marinate 500g of beef for bulgogi in the seasoning made in step 1
STEP

Cut carrots and onions into bite-size pieces and cook them before adding the meat
STEP

When the carrots and onions are half cooked, add the marinated meat and stir-fry them together
STEP

Add enoki mushrooms and add seasoning (15ml of soy sauce + 10ml of plum)

Cook the meat and vegetables over medium heat, and that's it
I recommend adding more meat after frying carrots and onions
