    80g
  • glutinous rice flour
    100g
  • Water
    150g
  • Sugar

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Grind 80g of black sesame seeds finely in a blender.
STEP 2/8
Prepare 100g of glutinous rice flour and mix well with 50g of ground black sesame powder.
STEP 3/8
Add 2T of sugar and 1t of salt to this and mix well again.

Pour 150g of hot water into the powder and knead it. Microwave it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds when the dough becomes powderless.

Take the dough out of the microwave and knead it again, pressing it down. Then microwave it again for 2 minutes.

Flatten the dough and cut it into bite-size pieces with a knife. It sticks easily when you cut with a knife, but if you put water on the knife, you can cut it so that it doesn't stick.
