It's simple to fold gimbap using holiday food
Folded gimbap is a super simple dish, and you can use the food left in the refrigerator, or you can fold your favorite ingredients and make gimbap according to your preference. Isn't it hard to roll kimbap? If I do something wrong, I get annoyed when the side bursts and the rolled up gimbap unravels. In that case, make gimbap that you fold.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the lettuce in water. Add a little bit of vinegar and rinse several times to remove the water. I made the egg into a fried egg and prepared it. It's also good to make gimbap that you fold in egg garnish. You can choose the ingredients according to your preference and put them in.
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry the leftover holiday food in a pan. If you stir-fry it in the pan, it will be softer and it will blow away the moisture, so it's better to stir-fry it once. Fold the seaweed for kimbap into quarters and cut only one side of the red mark with scissors.
STEP 3/4
Spread the dried seaweed for gimbap and fold the rice, slide cheese, fried egg, lettuce, and vegetables. Fold it in the order of the arrows. If you put too much ingredients, it'll be hard to eat and it'll get upset, so please fill in the right amount and add spam that came as a gift during the holidays, such as other vegetables or meat, depending on your preference.
STEP 4/4
Use plastic wrap to make the shape so that it doesn't get messy. When the shape is set to a certain extent, you can cut it in half with a knife. It's hard to make kimbap by rolling it up, but I think it's good because folded kimbap is simple and children can make it easily.
