Making delicious pork belly stir-fry for one meal
I think it's hard to make side dishes every day. So this time, I made a delicious stir-fried pork belly using the pork belly in the freezer. The meat is thin, so you don't have to marinate it separately and you can eat it deliciously.

Cooking Steps

It's hard if there's a lot of dishes, so just put 400g of sliced pork belly on the frying pan.

I'll make the sauce first. 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 2 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1.5 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and a bit of pepper

Add 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic and coat evenly with seasonings. Slice 1/2 onions and add 3 to 4 shiitake mushrooms.

I'll stir-fry it on medium heat. Stir-fry the onions until they are somewhat transparent and the meat is fully cooked.

When the meat is fully cooked, add a handful of green onions and stir-fry lightly.
STEP 7/8
Lastly, turn off the heat, sprinkle plenty of sesame salt, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and stir-fry lightly. You can stir-fry it with residual heat.

Ta-da! The delicious pork belly stir-fry is done. It looks very red, but it's not that spicy.If you like spicy food, it would be better to add Cheongyang red pepper, right??
