A tiger quail egg instead of a tiger egg
Mr. Ryu Soo-young once made tiger eggs at a restaurant. It's a popular menu in China, but there's no place to sell it in Korea, so it's hard to see it. While it was rare, I remembered how to make it because it was too easy. Originally, I was going to make an old egg when it's in the refrigerator, but I can't eat it because eggs are precious eggs these days. So I quickly made it with the remaining quail eggs after cooking. It's easy to eat because it's in one bite.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, prepare boiled quail eggs.
I bought a boiled and packaged one and used it right away.
If you want to make it with eggs, you can boil it and cook it the same way.
STEP 2/6
Wipe each grain thoroughly with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
STEP 3/6
And make a lot of cuts everywhere.
This process is the most important. Eggs or quail eggs can explode and cause burns if you just fry them in a whole.
Even if it's annoying, make sure to make a lot of cuts without missing a single grain. And when the cut is splashed, it creates a nice tiger pattern^^
STEP 4/6
All you have to do is fry the preheated oil until it turns yellowish.
The savory smell vibrates while frying.
STEP 5/6
It's fried really deliciously, right?
They say everything tastes good if it's fried, but quail eggs are no exception^^
The skin becomes crispy and chewy.
STEP 6/6
It's perfect to dip it in Sriracha sauce.
It would be good as a hearty snack or a beer snack.
It's easy to eat because the size fits in one bite.
I think people who like boiled eggs will really like this snack.
Ah! You can use chili sauce or other sauce that suits your taste^^
Make sure you cut it in all directions before frying. That way, tiger patterns live and above all, you can prevent the danger of bursting when fried in oil!!
