STEP 1/9
If you don't have bamboo shoots, you don't have to put them
They sell bamboo shoots that are boiled and vacuum-packed at the mart. Cut them into 3cm pieces and season them for 15 minutes
STEP 2/9
Beef is good for japchae, and I cut the sirloin in the freezer with a kitchen towel
Season the trimmed meat with half a spoonful of ginger and salt and pepper
STEP 3/9
Add half a spoon of starch and 1 spoon of egg whites and mix them well
STEP 4/9
Remove seeds from peppers and cut inwards with bell peppers You have to cut it inwards to cut it well. Cut the onions, too
STEP 5/9
While frying the ingredients, steam the flower bread
When the water starts to boil, add the flower buns and steam for 4 minutes
Let's stir-fry the ingredients
STEP 6/9
Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry lightly seasoned meat Stir-fry half a spoon of garlic and half a spoon of soy sauce for the flavor of beef
I put the stir-fried meat separately
STEP 7/9
When the pan is preheated, stir-fry green bell pepper, green pepper, and shiitake mushrooms with cooking oil and soy sauce
Stir-fry the peppers and shiitake, boil the onions, add the seasoned bamboo shoots, stir-fry until they are out of breath, then add the last oyster sauce and stir-fry until the seasoning is soaked
STEP 8/9
When the stir-fry is complete, add 2 spoons of chili oil and 1 spoon of garlic, add pepper powder, and stir-fry
When the vegetables are stir-fried, add the pre-fried meat and pepper oil and stir-fry them to mix well
Turn off the heat, add a spoon of sesame oil, and complete the pepper japchae
STEP 9/9
Place the vegetables in a bowl and plate them with chili oil Put steamed flower buns on top It's spicy with chili oil. Bamboo shoots and spicy peppers go well together. It's more delicious when wrapped in flower buns
It could be spicy if you just put pepper in the japchae, so I put it in with green pepper
Season the meat and bamboo shoots tightly
