STEP 1/8
The first step in the cooking process is to make the dough.
If you add mussel as seafood, you can skip mussel powder.
STEP 2/8
Add the amount of dough and create a concentration between thick and thin.
It's comfortable to think that it's as thin as yogurt. Store cold in the refrigerator and trim other ingredients.
STEP 3/8
Chop the vegetables into small pieces. You can slice the onion as it's fine.
It's good to use seafood with a refrigerator. Squid, shrimp, and mussel go well together.
STEP 4/8
Mix the dough with the chopped vegetables. Shrimps are chopped into big pieces.
STEP 5/8
Grease a well-heated pan and spread the dough as thin as possible. Even if you mix perilla oil with oil and fry it, the subtle savory taste goes well with it. The dough concentration will go down and it will unfold well.
STEP 6/8
Turn it over a minute later.
Turn it over and cook it well, then turn it over again to make it crispy.
STEP 7/8
If you mix it with soy sauce, it's done! This pancake goes well with sour vinegar soy sauce.
Please refer to this for the proportion
Soy sauce 1: Vinegar 1: 1/2 plum syrup + a little pepper powder (preference)
On the day of the cold-sweet and sour pork, I set it up as a side dish with the main dish.
STEP 8/8
It's crispy, so it's good to have a light appetite.
The proper scent has the advantage of not getting tired of the taste differentiated from other ones.
