Simple dried pollack seaweed soup
Dried pollack is dried repeatedly by freezing and melting in the cold wind in winter, and is rich in amino acid ingredients such as methionine that protects the liver. So it helps relieve hangovers. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the dried pollack into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/9
This size is perfect for putting on a spoon.
STEP 3/9
Cut the dried seaweed into small pieces, too. Use the cut seaweed as it is.
STEP 4/9
Soak it for about 10 minutes. Wash it twice to remove the water.
STEP 5/9
Put 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry soaked seaweed, then stir-fry dried pollack. Perilla oil has a low smoking point, so don't turn the heat too high.
STEP 6/9
When the seaweed and dried pollack are stir-fried to some extent, pour 2 cups of hot water. Cover and bring to a boil until the milky soup comes out. If you use perilla oil, the milky soup comes out well.
STEP 7/9
Add 2 cups of hot water and bring to a boil. If you boil water twice, the soup will taste better.
STEP 8/9
Finish with 2 tablespoons of tuna fish sauce and 2 tablespoons of roasted salt.

Don't put green onions and garlic in seaweed soup because they don't go well together. I love the savory smell of perilla oil.
