STEP 1/3
1. Cut all the ingredients into equal lengths.
Wash the chives and cut them into ham lengths.
Cut the fish cake according to the thickness and length. Cut the crab meat in half.Ham is for kimbap, so after cutting it, blanch it slightly in hot water, and put it on a kitchen towel to remove the water.
Rinse the pickled radish and drain the water on the kitchen towel.
STEP 2/3
2. Beat in 2 to 3 eggs. You don't need to season it separately. (All the ingredients in the skewers are seasoned.)
3. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pan...Turn on the very, very low heat just before it goes out!!!
Spread a little bit of the egg mixture...It's ham, chives, fish cake, pickled radish.I'll put the crab meat on top. I'll make space..Again, ham, green onion, fish cake, pickled radish.Put the crab meat on it's Turn the heat up a little on low heat!!!
You have to put all the ingredients on top before the egg is cooked and hardened!!!!!After you turn up the heat, scoop the egg water with a spoon and put it in a space where the ingredients are not stuck together or floating. So that the ingredients stick well together later on.
When the egg mixture hardens to a certain extent...I'm going to flip it... Draw a line by organizing the edges of the middle boundary and the ends...I'm drawing it to flip it over. I'm going to cut it nicely later
Turn it over when one side of the floor is fully cooked...The other side...Cook it very lightly and take it out!!
The ingredients are almost cooked..If it's cooked on one side, it's almost cooked~~
***For me, fish cake that goes into gimbap ingredients with ingredients that cook right away.
Ham, crab meat, chives.I chose pickled radish
You can choose saesongi mushroom or you can add meat..
After marinating the meat..Stir-fry separately and cook thoroughly before adding!
***There are 2 or 3 eggs depending on the size..
If you want to make it yellow, add one more yolk
