STEP 1/7
Pour cooking oil and sesame oil into the wok in a ratio of 1:1.
And cut the ripe kimchi into the right size and put it in.
Medium heat, please~~~
I start with high heat and lower the heat when it's hot~~
You can control the heat so that the kimchi doesn't burn~^^
And I start cooking by adding a spoonful of sugar that is always in ripe kimchi or sour kimchi~~
Prepare an onion by trimming it.
Peel the skin off.
Sift it to the right thickness and place it on the wok.
STEP 2/7
Then scoop up a spoon of crushed garlic and put it in the wok together.
And mix it well and stir-fry it
STEP 3/7
And in the meantime, prepare tuna.
I use one can of tuna.
Use only half of the oil.
I thought it would be savory if tuna oil was added in moderation, and I added tuna oil because I thought that kimchi would be dehydrated if the oil was all gone.
STEP 4/7
This is today's highlight.
It's seasoned scallions!!
I told you that today's stir-fried tuna kimchi uses leftovers from delivery food, right???lol
It's this green onion salad.
By the way.
Where did this green onion salad come from???
It's green onion chicken~~~~~~~~
I used green onion salad because the leftover green onion salad was in the refrigerator.
I used to put green onions in fried kimchi, but there was green onion salad, so I used it~^^
STEP 5/7
The amount of scallions is quite large.
If I leave it like this, it tastes good and I think I'll throw it away, so I added all the leftover green onion salad.
STEP 6/7
It's almost done.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well with fried kimchi
STEP 7/7
It's fried tuna kimchi~~
The green onion salad is out of breath and the kimchi is well cooked~^^
It might not be a big deal.
It's simple and the ingredients are simple
** I took out the sleeping kimchi in the refrigerator. This kimchi is made by my mother. I don't know if we can make kimchi together this year. I'll have to set the time~~^^
** I'm thinking of using leftover food from delivery for today's dish, but I think you must have been wondering because I mentioned it earlier. What is left of the delivery food that can be used to make stir-fried tuna kimchi??? I'm sure they did, right???LOL Can you guess now that you saw the ingredients??
