Stir-fried Kimchi Tuna Kimchi Stir-Fried Side Dish Making Mature
Today, I will make a simple but powerful side dish. Especially, I made it using the leftover food from the delivery food. I'm back from a break, so I'm posting lightly.

Cooking Steps

Pour cooking oil and sesame oil into the wok in a ratio of 1:1.
And cut the ripe kimchi into the right size and put it in.
Medium heat, please~~~
I start with high heat and lower the heat when it's hot~~
You can control the heat so that the kimchi doesn't burn~^^
And I start cooking by adding a spoonful of sugar that is always in ripe kimchi or sour kimchi~~
Prepare an onion by trimming it.
Peel the skin off.
Sift it to the right thickness and place it on the wok.

Then scoop up a spoon of crushed garlic and put it in the wok together.
And mix it well and stir-fry it

And in the meantime, prepare tuna.
I use one can of tuna.
Use only half of the oil.
I thought it would be savory if tuna oil was added in moderation, and I added tuna oil because I thought that kimchi would be dehydrated if the oil was all gone.

I used green onion salad because the leftover green onion salad was in the refrigerator.
I used to put green onions in fried kimchi, but there was green onion salad, so I used it~^^

If I leave it like this, it tastes good and I think I'll throw it away, so I added all the leftover green onion salad.
