STEP 1/8
It takes time and effort to make something delicious.
STEP 2/8
Add water until the chestnut is covered with a pretty shell and dissolve the baking soda and soak it for half a day (more than 12 hours).
STEP 3/8
Nights soaked for more than 12 hours have a soft brown color. Put the foreign substances in and boil them
STEP 4/8
First, I boiled it for about 30 minutes. Black water is coming out like this. It's like a chestnut shell.
Dip it in cold water and boil it again for 30 minutes.
STEP 5/8
After drying the boiled chestnuts in cold water and trim the thick inner skin in the middle of the night
STEP 6/8
Add wine, sugar, soy sauce, and cinnamon powder
STEP 7/8
Boil as much as you want.
STEP 8/8
You can put it in a disinfected glass bottle and eat it two to three months later. I tried one because I was curious about the taste, but it's already so good. I think it will be really delicious when it ripens later. I think it's a good thing that I put enough water and wine. It smells good and has a nice color.
