Prepare all the ingredients. (I prepared enough to make and eat many times, so the amount of ingredients in the picture is more than the amount of ingredients on top.)

Cut the onion and paprika into 0.5cm thick pieces, and cut some into small pieces.

Prepare olives without salty taste. If you soak it in cold water and throw it away three or four times, the salty taste decreases. Cut sausage into 0.5cm thick slices, blanch in boiling water, and cool. If you parboil it, it removes a lot of colorant and impurities in the sausage.
