How to make japchae easily without boiling (Kim Jin-ok's dish is
Hello, I'm Kim Jinok. There are some popular recipes in my recipe.. One of them is japchae. Out of the traditional japchae recipes... I introduced it on my blog in 2011 "It's not boiled. It's not stir-fried. It's simple and simple" It's a japchae made with a recipe... Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes.. You don't boil it, but boil it like it's boiled. This is convenient because it doesn't boil.. It's delicious because the glass noodles are well cut in the sauce. However, don't use cut noodles.. Use regular long noodles!!!
