Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse 500g of flour rice cake once and soak it in water while preparing ingredients and seasoning for tteokbokki.
STEP 2/7
Please cut 2 pieces of fish cake into bite-sized pieces. The shape doesn't matter
STEP 3/7
Cut a root and a half of the green onion and cut two fingers. The green onions in tteokbokki are really good. Make sure to put it in
STEP 4/7
Bring 500ml of water to a boil. (High heat)
STEP 5/7
Add all the seasoning to 500ml of water and bring to a boil (high heat)
STEP 6/7
When the seasoning starts to boil, add 500g of flour cake and fish cake (high heat)
STEP 7/7
When the rice cake becomes soft, add the green onions, reduce the heat to medium, and boil the soup. (I think it's perfect if you boil it until the green onions are out of breath.)
If you soak the rice cake in water beforehand, it becomes softer and more seasoned. Seasoned green onions are also delicious, so I recommend you to put them in. You may add boiled eggs.
