10-minute cooking) A unique zucchini dish with seasoned zucchini
Zucchini is one of the vegetables that goes everywhere. I only put it in Korean pancakes, fried rice, and soybean paste stew every time, but I simply put a soup and made soy sauce salad to fill up the side dishes that I lacked. You don't have to stir-fry it on fire If you mix it with the sauce, the dish will be finished in 10 minutes. It's so simple and delicious that I'll make it often.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut the zucchini into 3mm to 5mm thick pieces.
Slice it as thin as possible.

Grill zucchini in a grill pan without oil.

Bake the zucchini back and forth over high heat as if to drain water.

Turn off the heat when the front and back are golden and soft.

The mild sweetness of zucchini and salty and savory soy sauce are combined, so it would be so good to cook nurungji when you don't have an appetite, right?If you have leftovers, mix it with rice and young radish and eat it with soybean paste stew the next day! There's no other side dish like this!!
Make the soy sauce in advance, and grill the zucchini as much as you can, and try to adjust the amount of sauce. I recommend that you make it then as much as you want to eat it once. :)
