  • Pork belly meat

  • Lettuce

  • Sesame leaf

  • Carrot

  • instant rice

  • chili
  • dried seaweed for kimbap
  • Ssamjang

  • Salt

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Shred the carrots and stir-fry them, and add the egg garnish
STEP 2/11
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and sesame oil on the rice and make kimbap rice

Grill the remaining pork belly and put it on a kitchen towel to drain the oil,

Stir-fry kimchi in meat oil

Wash lettuce and perilla leaves and drain

Put rice on the seaweed and put lettuce perilla leaves on it.It's getting fatter than the picture, so please connect two pieces of gimbap and seaweed and fill one with rice

Put meat and ssamjang on top

Put the rest of the carrots, eggs, and peppers

Lastly, put well-fried kimchi on top and roll it well
