I made a delicious and savory stir-fried barley shrimp with dried barley shrimp and dried pepper. It's a good dish to make easily as a side dish.

  • Oyster sauce

  • thick soy sauce

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the top of the cleanly washed pepper and make 3 holes with a toothpick. You have to do this so that the sauce gets soaked well and you can eat it deliciously.
STEP 2/8
In a pan, stir-fry the pepper and 1T of cooking oil over medium heat. If you stir-fry it on high heat, it may burn, so be careful. Stir-fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 3/8
Add 1T of oyster sauce, 6T of dark soy sauce, and 100ml of water and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
STEP 4/8
Add 0.5T of minced garlic and stir-fry until the water boils down.
STEP 5/8
When the water has boiled down to a certain extent, add 50g of dried barley shrimp and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 6/8
Lastly, stir-fry 3T of oligosaccharide in the stir-fry of kkari pepper and stir-fry them.
STEP 7/8
After turning off the heat, add 0.5T of sesame salt and mix well.
STEP 8/8
It's a savory and savory stir-fried kkari pepper and barley shrimp.
You have to make a hole in the pepper with a toothpick so that the sauce can be soaked well.

    I didn't have barley or shrimp at the mart, so I used red shrimp, but it stung because I'm not good at itI asked my mom and she said that if you stir-fry the shrimp in advance, it won't smudge.
