STEP 1/8
Remove the top of the cleanly washed pepper and make 3 holes with a toothpick. You have to do this so that the sauce gets soaked well and you can eat it deliciously.

In a pan, stir-fry the pepper and 1T of cooking oil over medium heat. If you stir-fry it on high heat, it may burn, so be careful. Stir-fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 1T of oyster sauce, 6T of dark soy sauce, and 100ml of water and stir-fry over medium-low heat.

Add 0.5T of minced garlic and stir-fry until the water boils down.

When the water has boiled down to a certain extent, add 50g of dried barley shrimp and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 6/8
Lastly, stir-fry 3T of oligosaccharide in the stir-fry of kkari pepper and stir-fry them.
STEP 7/8
After turning off the heat, add 0.5T of sesame salt and mix well.
STEP 8/8
It's a savory and savory stir-fried kkari pepper and barley shrimp.
You have to make a hole in the pepper with a toothpick so that the sauce can be soaked well.
