  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • crushed garlic
    0.5T
  • olive oil
    3T
  • ground pepper
    0.3T
  • Salt
    0.3T
  • Sesame
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove 1 bag of enoki mushroom, bottom and wash it briefly in water.
STEP 2/8
Place 3T olive oil in a frying pan.
STEP 3/8
Add 0.5T of minced garlic, please.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry minced garlic over medium heat for about 30 seconds, then place enoki mushrooms on top.
STEP 5/8
Cook quickly over high heat after mushrooms have risen. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds, then add 0.3T of pepper.

Add 0.3T of salt and stir-fry again for about 30 seconds.
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry it quickly and turn off the gas stove.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and sprinkle 0.5T of sesame seeds!
When cooking, add mushrooms and cook quickly over high heat in the gas stove.
