How to make braised beef ribs with Jongwon Baek recipe Seasoning

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
It is best to soak beef ribs in cold water the day before to remove blood. However, if there is not much time, cook the ribs in boiling water enough to submerge them for 5-7 minutes.

Wash blanched beef ribs thoroughly under running water, remove impurities, and strain them through a sieve.

Put dark soy sauce, brown sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, minced ginger, water, sesame oil, and seasoned green onions in a bowl and mix them evenly to prepare the sauce.
