Usually, Otolana is eaten as a topping on pizza or pasta.
It's good to use as an autolana itself and as a topping, so let's make it together!

Usually, eggplant and zucchini are included, and tomatoes are also added as sun-dried tomatoes or tomato sauce.
Paprika and other vegetables are optional, but I personally strongly recommend paprika!
I think it becomes a more delicious autolana with the scent of paprika!

Please prepare all the ingredients 1:1:1:1.
I prepared 50g of tomato pulp after removing the skin and seeds, so I prepared 50g of the rest.
If it's for the baby to eat
Remove seeds and skin from tomatoes
Remove the outer skin of the paprika
Remove the seeds from the zucchini.
The adult version doesn't need to remove the skin, but if you remove the seeds, you can make a cleaner autolana^^
STEP 4/10
Cut all the ingredients into equal pieces.
You don't have to cut the vegetables too small from the beginning because they'll be cut in half if you stir-fry them.
Otolana is topped in cubes or round slices^^
STEP 5/10
Place frying pan over medium heat and cover with 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
I put 2 dad spoons around because the baby is going to eat it, but if it's an adult version, you can use a lot of olive oil! It tastes better with a lot of olive oil^^
STEP 6/10
When the pan is heated, stir-fry vegetables except tomatoes for more than 10 minutes!
I'm going to add the tomatoes at the end, but if you stir-fry it from the beginning, the pulp will get messy and sticky.
STEP 7/10
Stir-fry it for about 10 minutes and you'll see the vegetables shrink by half!
Then add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir-fry and finish it short so that the tomato pulp doesn't get lumpy!
STEP 8/10
If it's the adult version, season it with salt and pepper,
You can add spices such as basil powder to suit your taste!
If you like spicy food, add pepperoncino^^
(Add pepperoncino when you first stir-fry it!)
